| Q1- Notices,my National
identification number is being used.
Members, signed
up KTDOM can also use in eKTDOM. 'National
identification number is being used' message
appears when you have signed up KTDOM or
eKTDOM. Just by filling in your National
identification number, you can confirm whether
you're a member or not. If you have lost
your password because of not using for a
extended time, you can find out at lost
& found center. Your National identification
number could be used by someone else. If
so, send us your name, National identification
number, address, telephone number, email
address by email. We will check and handle
it.

two newsletters. The
reason for receiving two newsletter is due
to duplicated agreement. Please send us
email address you provided when you registered.
Then we will confirm and modify.

Your email address
could be written by other members. If so,
send us email for confirmation. Also you
may have forgotten the fact of your registration.
Please check at lost & found center.

You might have miss
written your email address or you have not
applied. Check your email address at My
page and confirm whether you had agreed
or not.

With one ID and
one National identification number only
one email address is available. Please notice
that only one ID is available for you.

You can find out
your lost ID/PW at lost & found center.
We check your confirm identity by National
identification number and email address
you provided when you registered.
